We want you to love your Tuckernuck finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an even exchange for a different size, or a store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives the return.
